Before and during your visit to a reciprocal club:

A letter of introduction and reservations are required to visit partnering clubs. The letter of introduction will be sent by MC and reservations can be made at that time. Members will need to follow up with the club to confirm the dates they will be visiting once the letter has been sent. If the date is not determined at the time the letter is sent or if a date changes, either the member or MCC can contact the partnering club to inform the club of the change.

Inquire about their dress code (can be done by looking on the website) or any other special requirements the club might have before visiting the club.

Members are to pay at the time of service with either credit card or cash, unless noted otherwise by the club. Reciprocal club cannot bill unless noted.
