Mountain City Club Rooms
Member's Dining Room
The largest of our rooms, the Member's Dining Room holds up to 200 guests.
The President's Room is where tradition meets elegance with its' long community table that fits up to 16 guests.
The Garden Room is an elegant setting for formal dining for up to 16 guests.
The Bar is the center stage of our first floor ambiance. Events may be held in this area for up to 50 guests.
Located on the main level the Crystal Room is our main dining room with a capacity of 40 guests.
Members enjoy this area for morning coffee or to rent during patio events.
The Patio has the perfect setting for an afternoon meal or an outdoor gathering.
Office A may be rented for private office space use or rented for a quick private dining experience for up to 6 guests.
As a member, enjoy the Rotunda Lounge where you can have meetings or to find a cozy spot to work. Also, enjoy our book collection in the library.
Office B may be rented for private office space use or rented for a quick private dining experience for up to 6 guests.
Note: Office B is currently rented for private office space.
The Billiards Room is a member's only room and will not be rented for private events.
The Magnolia Room is designed for a formal meeting space for up to 10 guests.
The Estate Room is equipped with all of the latest technology to host a meeting for up to 10 guests.
The Training Room has a smart system set up for larger meetings of up to 18 guests.
The Woodland Room is the largest meeting space however, it is great for smaller parties as well. This space holds up to 30 guests.
